As you pull up to the west side of the parcel to one of two access points along the south side of the land, you can start to see the habitat tucked in behind the ditch line lined with trees snaking along the south side of the property.

This ditch could create a great access route along the south edge of the property to quietly access the land. As you follow along the ditch you start to notice the multiple wetlands placed though the properties center sprawled from the west to east. These constant water sources are very noticeably being utilized by the wildlife on a year such as this with such little rainfall in the immediate area. Large buck tracks show the travel along the property as you hop from one wetland to the next following a rub line through the grasses on many small saplings. Halfway down the properties south side a second access point runs back to the road. As you start nearing the East side of the property you start to notice the tree tubes filled with 6-8 foot tall oak trees that were planted as a part of the landowners agreement to your north. While you get closer to the north side of the property you will see the predominantly oak tree line that forms the North line of the parcel. Immediately behind that line of trees is an active train track that hides the nearly 120 acres of currently non-huntable ground staged behind it. As you follow the North tree line back to the west the multiple scrapes formed by active bucks on low hanging oak limbs start to show up as well as many torn up oak saplings.

Multiple deer trails heading to the sanctuary back to the north create wonderful tree stand, blind, and food plot locations that could be tucked between wetlands.
