As I pulled up to the gate in the northeast corner, and snuck up over the hilltop to see the vast valley below, I found myself in awe of the scenery. The rocky outcroppings eroded by a thousand rainstorms, along with the golden hues of the native prairie in the setting sun took me back to the time before this country was settled. This property is totally landlocked, so there are no roads for any passing pickups to kick up dust or drown out the whistling meadowlarks. It was just myself with nature, in all its glorious splendor.

Access to the property will be from the northeast or southwest along ½ a mile of dirt roads coming in from each direction. The northeast corner features a set of nice metal gates. The southwest corner features a cattle guard, and is used to access the oil tanks and pump in this corner of the property. Mineral rights are not included in this sale.

The property is barbwire fenced on all four sides, and the fencing is in fair condition.
