Born in Winona, Minnesota and raised in Alma, Wisconsin, Dylan has spent most of his life outdoors. An avid hunter and fisherman, he has years of experience chasing whitetails across the Midwest and understands firsthand what makes a piece of land special—whether it’s hunting ground, recreational property, farmland, or simply a place to call your own.

Dylan attended Bismarck State College and Penn State University, earning a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Before beginning his career in real estate, he worked for the county highway department and owned and operated several businesses, giving him a strong background in hard work, problem-solving, and working with people.

Today, Dylan combines his knowledge of land with his passion for helping buyers and sellers. He brings a practical, straightforward approach to every transaction and enjoys helping clients find the right property or get the most out of the land they’re ready to sell.

When he isn’t working, you’ll most likely find Dylan in the woods hunting, fishing, working on a property, or spending time outdoors.
