  • The auction company usually covers all marketing costs associated with an absolute auction
  • We offer two options in marketing packages for sellers of reserve auctions to best fit their budget and marketing expectations
  • Auction fees (commission percentages) are typically equal to or less than traditional listings fees in the local community

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

  • Marketing normally includes a sign on the property with details and contact information
  • The marketing campaign should begin at a minimum of 4 weeks preferably 6 to 8 weeks prior to the auction date
  • Buyers log on to the website and register to bid prior to auction start
  • Open houses or property showings are usually set on particular days by the representative agent
  • Buyers watch in real time on-line as the bids are posted
  • A bidder’s number (obtained through registration) is required to place bids
