Wyatt was born and raised in Central Wisconsin, where his love for the outdoors and the land began at an early age. He moved to Indiana to attend Taylor University and now calls the northern Indianapolis area home with his wife, Chloe. Wyatt also continues to serve in the Wisconsin Army National Guard, shooting artillery.

An avid outdoorsman, Wyatt has spent his life hunting, fishing, and enjoying God’s creation. In the fall, you’ll find him chasing mature whitetails with his bow or sitting in a blind for waterfowl, while spring and summer are often spent fly fishing in Northern Michigan.

Wyatt views land as more than just property, it represents freedom, opportunity, and a place to create lasting memories. He believes owning land can bring families closer together, provide a place to enjoy God’s creation, and offer lasting financial value. Whether for agriculture, recreation, family, or investment, Wyatt is passionate about helping others find the right piece of ground to fit their goals.
