LEARN MORE ABOUT VIRGINIA
Born and raised in southern WV made me realize at an early age loving the outdoors was in my nature. Most of the time you could find me with my grandpa. From fishing in the creeks and lakes, to riding on his knee on the tractor to the garden. I was always his shadow. He taught me many things about survival. How to skin a squirrel, how to tie a knot, how to shoot a copperhead from the porch one handed. He also instilled in me family and Gods creations are the most precious things in life.
Throughout my early adulthood I’ve tried my hand at multiple lines of work. I have been in the food industry, pharmacy, retail, and even a rural mail carrier to name a few. My daughter tells everyone I can do anything. Being a DIY person, I’ll probably at least try. I’m proud that I’m so versatile, however I’m never truly satisfied unless I can smell the fresh air and my boots can touch the bare ground. That is what led me to the construction world. With my full-time career as a heavy equipment operator, I get to experience nature right out my office window.
With my passion for dirt and family roots it is only fitting real estate would fall at my feet as a door to open. With that opportunity I have hit the ground running. Connecting people with their own piece of dirt is very rewarding to me. No matter if that be a cute cottage on a quiet street or a raw piece of hunting land. I take pride in fitting together the pieces to make your dreams come true.
My family and I first moved to Ohio close to 10 years ago. We bought land and started building a cabin. At that time, it was only meant to be a vacation hunting retreat. The cabin plans quickly became house plans as we fell in love with all Ohio has to offer. I now call South Eastern OH home and get to enjoy it full time. Picking where you want to lay down your roots can be challenging, but well worth it. I have the firsthand experience to walk you through that process.
When I’m not working, I like to spend time with my family and pets. We have dogs, cats, chickens, and rabbits along with some smaller critters. Spending time with my children outdoors is important to me. I enjoy teaching them some of the same things I picked up on as a child. Anytime I am able to hunt whitetail or cast a line I’m up for it. A good early sunrise on my own piece of land can’t be beat. I owe many thanks to grandpa for teaching me a pocket knife is the most useful tool to carry and the rural living lifestyle is the best there is.
